Experience

Chen Qian joined Bain Capital in 2014. He is a Managing Director and member of the Consumer and Industrials verticals on the Asia Pacific Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Chen worked at Bain & Company in the Shanghai office, focusing on commercial due diligence and growth strategy for various financial investors and corporates in consumer, retail, and industrial sectors.


Education

Chen received an MS in environmental management from Yale University and a BEng and BEcon from Tsinghua University.
