Experience

Deb Hills joined Bain Capital in 2023. She is a Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for North America Private Equity.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Deb was the Head of Human Resources at Arrowstreet Capital. Previously, she served as Chief People Officer at The Parthenon Group and then Director and Talent Leader at EY-Parthenon, following the merger of the two entities. Earlier in her career, Deb advised clients as a strategy consultant at The Parthenon Group and as an information technology consultant at RWD Technologies, Inc.

 


Education

Deb received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in economics from Duke University.
