Experience

Hirosato Yamane joined Bain Capital in 2020. He is a Vice President on the Asia Pacific Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Hirosato worked at the Boston Consulting Group and Oracle Corporation in Japan. He consulted on developing and executing mergers and acquisitions strategies and organizational, governance, and operational reforms for companies in the food, consumer, healthcare, and telecommunications sectors.


Education

Hirosato received an MBA from London Business School and a BBA from Hitotsubashi University.
