<p>James Tam joined Bain Capital in 2019. He is a Managing Director on the Asia Pacific Private Equity team, focusing on Greater China.</p><p>Prior to joining Bain Capital, James was the Head of Asia Pacific Mergers &amp; Acquisitions at Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong.</p>
