Kate Griffin

Experience

Kate Griffin joined Bain Capital in 2021. She is a Director of Talent in the Portfolio Group and is a member of the North America Private Equity team. Kate focuses on driving and supporting all talent efforts across our North American portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Kate held several roles in the Talent Acquisition/Human Capital space. Most recently, she was the Recruiting Manager at Indigo Agriculture, a Boston-based agriculture-tech organization. At Indigo, Kate was responsible for managing campus recruiting along with full-time hiring for senior strategy and operations roles. She also worked in recruitment at Harvard Business School and Bain and Company.


Education

Kate holds a BA from the University of Delaware, where she majored in communications and minored in music.
