Experience

Michael McArdle joined Bain Capital in 2006. He is a Partner and Head of IR Marketing, Diligence & Operations for the firm. Michael leads the Investor Relations Marketing and Diligence team that supports fundraising and investor reporting for the Bain Capital platform.  

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Michael was a Director of Finance for Atlas Venture. He was also Co-Founder and COO of a software development firm that specialized in web-based database systems. Prior to business school, Michael worked three years as an auditor at Arthur Andersen.

Michael received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS, magna cum laude, from Boston College.
