Experience

Mr. Yan joined Bain Capital in 2012. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he played a management role in a local spirits distributor. Prior to that, Mr. Yan worked as a project leader at Boston Consulting Group in Shanghai on strategy and operation projects across a wide-variety of industries and functions. Prior to joining Boston Consulting Group, he worked in high Tech industry across R&D and supply chain functions.


Education

Mr. Yan earned his PhD in Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles and his bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University.
