<p>Phil Loughlin joined Bain Capital in 1996. He is a Partner and Global Head of the Financial &amp; Business Services vertical. He also is a member of the Consumer vertical.</p><p>Prior to joining Bain Capital, Phil was a consultant at Bain &amp; Company. He also served in operating roles at Eagle Snacks, Inc. and Norton Company.</p>


Education

<p>Phil received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He graduated <em>cum laude</em> with an AB from Dartmouth College.</p>
